I love Paradox - I was so excited when I saw that it was in this week's challenge! I've recently been experimenting with more curved tangles (including spirals), so I definitely saw the "Challenge" part of this week's tile. I had a couple of practice tiles before I ended up with something I was satisfied with.
My Paradox doesn't look like the typical paradox - I include betweed-like spots to curve the edges a little.
I love the look of your paradox!
ReplyDeleteI really like the way you rounded your edges in the paradox.... they fit perfectly into the spiral! Gorgeous tile!
ReplyDeleteGreat interpretation of the challenge. Very cool!
ReplyDeleteNice! I, too, like the effect you got by rounding the edges of the paradox.
ReplyDeleteAwesome! How clever of you! It is lovely.
ReplyDeleteAhhh, I wondered how to soften the look of paradox - thank you! Your tile is lovely!
ReplyDeleteI really like your design. It looks very precise.
ReplyDeleteI like the way you darkened the edges, sort of like we rounded in last weeks challenge. It makes each piece stand out so nicely.
ReplyDeleteVery cool. Nice job.
ReplyDeleteNice drama and boldness!
ReplyDeleteGreat job! Love the bold edges! Great solution to the challenge! :)
ReplyDeleteNicely done - it looks like the chain of a pretty necklace.....I like the new shape.
ReplyDeleteIt reminds me of a snake... the eye of the first paradox, the spots and stripes on its body and the circles making the 'rattle' in the tail? Beautiful. Love the how the round edges change the feel of paradox.
